2. if you are not getting leads and conversion from display ads then use custom affinity audience.

3. if you are not able to find correct audience then use custom affinity audience.

if you are using custom affinity then please use no automated targeting. but if you want to increase reaches then we can use automated targeting.

Give maximum cpc.

click on new adds:

Click on upload display ads:

select ad image and click on create campaign.
